Surf & Sculpt

A fusion of Vinyasa flow and HIIT Pilates. Designed to fire up your core, build strength, and keep you agile, this class blends dynamic yoga sequences with stabilizing, muscle-toning Pilates moves—like cross-training for the lineup.

Expect wave-like transitions, breath-driven movement, and deep core engagement for a full-body reset that leaves you strong, centered, and ready to paddle back into your day. Set perfectly at a steady 38°.

Flow & Float

A 60-min fusion of strong, wave-like movement and deep, restorative stillness. The first half builds heat with dynamic, Yang-style sequences to boost energy, release tension, and build strength—like paddling through the swell.

The second half shifts into a Yin-inspired unwind: long, grounded holds to calm the nervous system and settle into still waters. Leave feeling reset, recharged, and ready to coast back into your day.

​This is mainly offered as a tropical class, meaning it will start at 35° & cool to 30° or lower by the end to support the transition from movement to rest. On Thursday mornings, we offer it as a refreshing room temperature (23-25°).

Core Tide

A fusion of yoga and Pilates that builds deep core strength, body awareness, and fluid movement. This 60-min class flows with intention—combining breath-driven sequences, precise alignment, and grounded strength work.

Expect mindful transitions, a strong yet sustainable pace, and movements that echo the rhythm of the tide. Designed to strengthen, lengthen, and center you—without the intensity of HIIT. Just you, your breath, and the steady pulse of movement.

Mat Pilates

Our Mat Pilates class will have you feeling the flow and tapping into serious strength. We build muscle, boost mobility, and leave you riding high on endorphins. Using just your mat, body, and breath, we’ll move through slow, controlled exercises—engaging your core, improving balance, and building deep, functional strength from the inside out. It’s all about feeling strong, steady, and balanced—like you’re carving down the face of your favorite wave. This is a feel-good sweat: challenging but totally accessible, designed to leave you grounded, glowing, and stoked. Room is set to 38°C—think hot day on the beach.

Pilates Power Flow

Ignite your core and move like water in this energizing blend of Pilates and power yoga—set to a steamy 38°C, like the peak of a tropical afternoon. This class fuses the strength-building flow of yoga with the deep core activation and alignment of Pilates, giving you a full-body workout that’s both powerful and precise. You'll build flexibility, balance, and postural awareness while tapping into serious inner strength and resilience. The heat helps your muscles open, your breath deepen, and your focus sharpen. Flow

A 60-min moving meditation, this all-levels Vinyasa class invites you to link breath with movement in a steady, intentional flow. With a focus on one breath, one movement, you'll move through sequences that calm the mind and challenge the body—much like finding balance on your board. Set at a cozy 38°.

Float

Inspired by the calm of surfing under the stars, this class invites you to slow down, let go, and settle into a deep state of ease.

You'll move through long-held, passive floor poses that focus on the hips, pelvis, spine, and inner thighs—areas rich in connective tissue and often tight from daily life or time in the water. This practice supports flexibility, improves circulation, and calms the nervous system. It’s the perfect way to end your day—like floating in open water beneath a quiet night sky.

Sea Breeze

Sea Breeze refers to any class set between 23°-25°. Ideal for those seeking a peaceful, grounding practice without the heat.

Hot HIIT Pilates

This high-energy class blends Pilates principles with HIIT in a Tabata-style flow: short bursts of cardio mixed with core-focused, low-impact movement that builds strength and serious endurance. You’ll stay grounded on your mat the entire time, moving with speed, power, and precision. It’s not a slow cruise—this class is designed to challenge you, keep things dynamic, and leave you feeling stronger every time. Set in a heated room at 38°C and driven by a high-vibe playlist, it’s a fiery, full-body burn that channels that paddle-out power and keeps you riding high.

Hang Ten Hatha

Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned yogi wanting to revisit the fundamentals, this 60-min class is all about slowing it down and dialing in your form. We break down each pose with care—keeping it safe, strong, and steady—so you can build strength without the wipeouts. It’s all about boosting balance and power, helping you stay solid on the mat and your board. Come stretch it out, tune into your body, and get surf-ready with us.

Tiny Tides (Parent & Baby)

A 60-min gentle, grounding flow for new parents—babies welcome.
Just like easing back into the water after a long time on shore, this class supports your return to movement with slow, intentional stretches designed to release tension and rebuild strength in postpartum muscles.

Bring your pre-crawling baby and move in a relaxed, supportive space—no pressure, just breath, gentle waves of movement, and connection. It’s also a beautiful way to meet other new parents in the lineup of early parenthood. Set at a comfortable room temperature (around 23°).

Tropical

Classes described as "tropical" refer to the studio being set at a gentle, tropical warmth -- specifically a comfortable 33-35°. The warmth supports fluid movement, softens tension, and deepens your connection to breath—without the intensity of a heated class.

Big Wave Power Flow
