Ocean Flow
A 60-min, all-levels Vinyasa class centered around the rhythm of the breath—your internal tide. Practicing ujayi (or “ocean breath”) while looking out through our ocean window creates a powerful connection between body, breath, and the natural world. This breath helps clear the mind, build internal heat, and keep you anchored in the moment—just like finding rhythm in the water.
